Alterations/extensions within Conservation Areas

The Clients wanted to add a second bedroom to their seafront flat, and outdoor balcony space. Through negotiation with the local Council & Historic Buildings Officer, a second bedroom was achieved in an extended roof space, and an outdoor patio with sea views.
