The Clients wanted additional bedroom space & facilities for an expanding family & visiting relatives, & to update their property's appearance. A successful instruction allowed remodelling of ground & first floors to provide office/study space, an enlarged cloak room, additional bedroom & bathroom/en-suite space, & a more contemporary exterior.
